PXP’s team is experienced in carrying out projects related to sustainability. There are three success factors that have enabled our team members to operate effectively in developing Asia.
IN-HOUSE SUSTAINABILITY SCIENTISTS
Our team members have technical backgrounds in engineering, environmental science, energy systems, waste management, materials science, and financial analysis, and have been trained by reputable institutions, scholars, and business leaders. We know how to deal with the complex science of sustainability and carry out our assessments using evidenced-based methods. More importantly, we are transparent in our methods and prioritize communication with our clients and related stakeholders at every stage of a project.
ADAPTABILITY TO THE LOCAL PULSE AND BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT
Our team members have on-the-ground experience in coordinating projects in Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Philippines, Myanmar, and Singapore. We know how to mitigate and adapt to common administrative and logistical roadblocks in the region that stem from diverse cultures and customs. Our knowledge of the key players in the public, private, and non-profit sectors and personalized engagement approach allows us to bring target stakeholders to the table.
CAREFUL COORDINATION OF COMPLEX INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS
We are well-versed in managing and coordinating sustainable development projects in developing Asian countries funded by development finance institutions. Over the past seven years, our team members have designed and facilitated small-scale (30-70 people) and large-scale (1,000+ people) sustainability-related events that bring in experts and stakeholders in Asia.
